Gringo Vidalia Apple Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

 
(1)  3 pound Boneless Seasoned Pork loin roast from Pottstown
2 Cups Elegant Farmer Natural Chunky Applesauce (also available at Pottstown)
1 jar Gringo Vidalia Salsa (once more... available at Pottstown)
1/4 Cup worchester sauce
1 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

Mix applesauce, salsa, worchester sauce and salt together in a large mixing bowl.  Place pork in crock pot.  Pour applesauce and salsa mixture on  top. 
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.  Shred pork, then add  back cooking juices.  Stir and serve.
This may be done in a roasting pan for 2 hours at 350  degrees.
