1 1/2 Cups cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1/3 Cup red wine
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions:
Place ham in baking pan, pour cranberry juice over top. Cooked covered for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
while ham is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until combined.
Pour over ham and cook uncovered. Baste every 15 to 20 minutes Until ham has an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
This recipe can be done in the crock pot. Omit the cranberry juice and combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and pour over ham. Cook on low 4 - 6 hours.
This glaze is wonderful on our smoked turkeys also.
