Garlic Butter Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
4 Garlic Butter marinated boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 large eggs
2/3 Cup seasoned dried bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce.
Pasta noodles or Fried polenta is a good accompaniment.
Instructions:
Dredge chicken in egg and bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil for approximately 20 minutes. Time will vary according to thickness of chicken. You may also pound the chicken before breading to save time.
When chicken is cooked sprinkle with grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Pour marinara sauce over top. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
This recipe is good with pasta and sauce.
