Jalapeno Sausage Spread

Ingredients:

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 up mayonnaise
3/4 pound Jalapeno bratwurst, taken out of casing and cooked in a skillet
2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese ( you may substitute any grated cheese you like)
for a little more heat add some diced jalapenos
2 green onions diced

Instructions:

Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth.  Add part of the grated cheese and sausage into mixture.  Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with remaining cheese and green onions. 
Microwave on High until hot, about 3 minutes.

You can also stuff  the mixture into jalapenos and wrap with bacon and grill.  You can stuff mushrooms with the mixture and bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
This is a great dip for the Bears game.
