Grilled Wrapped Scallops



Ingredients:

Sea Scallops (available at Pottstown Meat & Deli!)
Pottstown's Own thin sliced Bacon or Boar's Head Prosciutto
Big Acres Mango Peach Chile Sauce (also available at Pottstown!)


Instructions:

Figure about 4-5 scallops per person.
Wrap each scallop with bacon or prosciutto.  Brush on sauce and grill 3-5 minutes on each side.  After turning, brush with sauce again.  (Note:  this may also be prepared with olive oil in a skillet or broiled in the oven).
Warm extra sauce for dipping.
