Santa Maria Rubbed Sirloin Tri Tip Roast



Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Santa Maria Rub (available at Pottstown)
3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 lb. Sirloin Tri Tip Roast
2 tablespoons Frantoia olive oil (also available at Pottstown)


Instructions:

Rub Tri Tip roast with olive oil.  Combine garlic and santa maria rub in a bowl.  Mix together and coat both sides of the Tri Tip.  Sear both sides on a hot grill, then cook 20-25 minutes or until center is light pink.  Let rest 10 minutes before carving.  Slice at an angle.
