Potato Sausage Skillet



Ingredients:

4 links of Pottstown's potato sausage
6 eggs (beaten)
1 chopped green pepper
grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Remove potato sausages from their casings.  Brown sausage in skillet with green peppers.  Add beaten eggs and cook until eggs are done.  Garnish with grated cheese if desired.
