Mango Avocodo Salad w/ Mango Papaya Coconut Crusted Tilapia



Ingredients:


1 package Spring Greens
1 avocado Sliced
1 mango Sliced
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup wine vinegar
1/2 Cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning ( can substitute oregano or basil)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 pieces Mango & Papaya  Coconut crusted tilapia

Instructions:

Gill tilapia approximately 20 minutes
Meanwhile: in a jar mix oil, vinegar, sugar, Italian seasoning and mustard.  Shake well.
Mix spring greens, avocado and mango.  Toss with dressing.  Serve with tilapia.

This recipe is great for Mother"s Day.  Quick and easy.
