Black Forest Pork Chop in Jack Daniel's Glaze
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Black Label1/3 cup molasses
7 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons chilled, unsalted butter
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place Jack Daniel's, molasses, and vinegar in a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half, about 10-12 minutes. Whisk butter one piece at a time until each piece is incorporated into the mixture.
