Ham Loaf Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 pounds Pottstown's Homemade Ham Loaf
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
5 oz. (1/2 can) condensed, undiluted tomato soup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the Ham loaf with cracker crumbs, eggs and milk; mix well. Shape into 24 balls. Place in two greased 13X9X2 baking dishes. Combine the remaining ingredients; Pour over ham balls. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until browned, basting several times.As featured on "WMBD This Morning" January 16, 2008
