Greek Chicken Wraps




Ingredients:

1 pound (approximately2) Greek marinated chicken breasts
1 Cup chopped peeled cucumber
1 Cup plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
8 flour tortillas
1/2 cup chopped red onion

Instructions:

Grill chicken breasts 10 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.  Let stand for 5 minutes.  This can even be done in advance and refrigerate until use.
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, yogurt, salt, dill and 1/2 teaspoon garlic; cover and refrigerate until serving.
Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil; place on grill for 2 - 3 minutes or until warmed, turning once.  Slice chicken into strips; place on tortillas.  Top each with 3 tablespoons yogurt sauce and 1 tablespoon red onion.
This recipe would work great with many of our other flavors of chicken.  You could also use leftover chicken breasts.
