Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad



Ingredients:


1 (12 ounce) package uncooked pasta  (I used penne but you can use any)
10 slices honey cured bacon  new available at Pottstown Meat & Deli(cooked and chopped)
1 Buffalo marinated chicken breast cooked and chopped available at Pottstown Meat & Deli
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
1/2 Cup milk
(You may omit the mayonnaise, dry ranch, milk and seasonings and use a bottled dressing)
1 Large tomato, chopped
1 Cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese




Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. 
In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, dry ranch, garlic powder and pepper and milk.  Stir until smooth.  Place bacon,tomato, chicken and  cheese in bowl and toss to coat with dressing.  Cover and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.  Toss with additional milk if the salad seems a little dry.

This recipe can be modified with any of our 33 flavors of chicken.
