Black Forest Steak Pizza
Ingredients:
1 large teaspoon minced garlic1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large onions sliced thin
2 Black Forest New York Strips or 1 Black Forest Sirloin
1 large baked pizza crust
2 tablespoons Boar's Head Deli Style Mustard
1 cup shredded Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese
1 cup shredded Boar's Head Picante Provolone Cheese
Instructions:
Grill steaks. Slice thin and against the grain.Heat oil and garlic in skillet, add onions and cook 10 minutes or until translucent, strirring occasionally.
Place pizza crust on pizza pan. Spread with mustard. Sprinkle half of each cheese on top, add steak and onions and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the steak. Broil for 1 minute or bake until cheese is melted (approx 5-7 minutes).
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
