BBQ Corned Beef



Ingredients:

1 Pottstown's homemade Corned Beef Rounds
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup whiskey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes


Instructions:

Cook the corned beef all day on low in your crock pot or slow cooker.

Whisk together all the ingredients except the corned beef in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over high heat until thickened, 3-4 minutes.  Spoon glaze onto beef, then roast for 10 minutes at 450 degrees, or until the glaze is dark and sticky.  Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
