BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
1 of Pottstown's Red Devil Mesquite Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (use Pa's BBQ for less spicy alternataive)1 prebaked pizza crust
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded provolone
chopped green peppers
chopped red onions
chopped mushrooms
any other toppings you like
1/2 cup Buck Creek Raspberry BBQ Sauce (available at Pottstown)
Instructions:
Cook chicken on the stove until done. Put Raspberry BBQ Sauce on crust. Slice cooked chicken and arrange on crust. Add toppings and cheese.Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
