Asian Ginger Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
Three of Pottstown's Asian Ginger Soy Chicken Breasts, grilled and sliced1 head Napa Cabbage, chopped
1 bunch green onions, cleaned and chopped
1 small bottle sesame seeds
1 package sliced, toasted almonds
1 package ramen noodles without sauce
Dressing:
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients for dressing in sauce pan, let cool to room temperature. Dress salad just before eating.Mix napa cabbage, green onions, ramen noodles, and sesame seeds in large salad bowl. Add cooked chicken. Add dressing, almonds and toss.
