Apricot Cheese Stuffed Pork Loin
Ingredients:
1 - 3 pound Pork Loin Roast (have the meat cutter cut the loin to flatten)1 Bottle Pottstown Meat & Deli Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Glaze
1- 8 ounce Ropp Jersey Kickapoo Sunkiss wine cheddar with apricots (sliced)
Instructions:
Have the meat cutter slice loin to make flat. Brush with glaze and lay cheese inside.Roll and tie or use tooth picks to hold together. Brush with glaze while grilling.
Grill approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Let it rest 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
