Jalapeno Lime Flat Iron Steak
Ingredients:
Flat Iron Steaks from Pottstown Meat & Deli (1 per person)
1 bottle Pottstown's Organic Jalapeno Lime Grill Sauce
Ultimate Steak & Roast Rub
Instructions:
Sprinkle steak seasoning on both sides of the steaks. Grill for 5 minutes. Flip and baste with the Grill Sauce another 5 minutes. For a more powerful flavor, let the steaks soak in the marinade overnight.
