Italian Beef Stew


Ingredients:


4 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces  
1 Cup slices fresh mushrooms
1 onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 1/2 pounds cubed stew meat
1 Packet dry Louie's Italian seasoning (available at our shoppe)
1 1/2 Cup water
1 15 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes (I used pepper and onion diced tomatoes)

Instructions:

Place the carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onion and celery in the slow cooker.  Place the stew meat, seasoning, tomatoes and water over vegetables. 

Stir
Cook 6 - 8 hours on low.
Stir again before serving
Great with garlic toast.
